Rose Haven House* Quiet Area

My home is in a quiet area, and about 8 minutes from the town by car or around a 45-minute walk. A bus also runs into town on weekdays, the bus stop is a 3-minute walk. There is a cafe, 10 mins. walk. The room is comfortable and clean and I endeavor to meet your needs for a pleasant stay. My place is good for work placement students, solo adventurers, business travelers, single travelers, and couples. My space has a large comfortable bed. Queen size 1,000 thread sheets. Side tables. A small desk, and a chair for your computer. Hanging space. Bed lamps, spare blankets, and pillows. A full-length mirror, towels, wi-fi, heater, and a power board to plug in all your devices and an extra powerpoint. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and another fan if required in extreme heat, and an acc. in the lounge room. A complimentary bottle of water and chocolate or sweet on arrival, and reading material. A variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits are available in the kitchen area to help yourself. The use of the microwave oven, oven, omelet maker, and sandwich press is available. Also, the use of a fridge shelf or the freezer is available. You only need to ask. Drinking glasses. Travel info in your bedside draw, and night light in the hallway. Shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, hairdryer, in the bathroom. On-street parking is available with lots of room. A friendly Oriental cat called Kielah lives on the premises. 3 min. walk to the bus stop. 8 minutes drive or 45 minutes walk to Wangaratta CBD. Easy access (by car) to enjoy all the magnificent attractions of the North East. Including the Milawa Cheese factory, wineries, bike riding, bushwalking, fishing, snowfields, and close to several tourist towns. Please make sure you have had all your Covid-19 Vaccinations please before you stay. You may have access to the bathroom, toilet, laundry, and iron, a coffee and tea table (Herbal teas, Almond, and soy milk available) Please bring your own Full Cream milk if you require. Some use of kitchen appliances is mentioned in amenities. Eating in the dining room is preferred but not compulsory. HOUSE RULES*** Please have all your Covid-19 Vaccinations before your stay. --No more than 4 alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises per day per guest. NO SMOKING in the house, please. Outside is fine. Help will be available at all times. Just ask me if you do not know something. A lovely quiet neighborhood. Great area for long walks. Bus Stop 3 min. walk. Runs every hour. Mon. to Friday. 10 minutes drive to wineries. Murdock Road Cafe is a 10-minute walk. It is an easy drive to the snowfields (1 1/4-hour drive) And it is a great region for bike riding. 45 mins walk to City Centre. Very close to tourist towns. There is a 3min. walk to the Bus Stop. 8 mins. drive into town. 40-minute walk. About 12-15 minute bike ride. And a nearby Cafe that serves breakfast and lunch, plus dinner on Fri. Sat. Sun. Close to the snow fields(1 hour drive) and Bright. Vineyards (10 mins drive) Fishing. Close to several tourist towns. eg. Beachworth, Eldorado, Glenrowan, Bright, Milawa, Oxley. Great shopping area. A movie cinama and bowling ally in town. Lots of great restaurants in surrounding areas. A 10 minute walk to a local Cafe which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
