Immaculate town centre private annexe - sleeps 2-4
The annexe is a recently renovated self-contained 1-bedroom apartment in a town centre location, ideally situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and includes an allocated parking space. The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families, there is a large en-suite double bedroom with room for a travel cot (available on request). The open plan living space includes; kitchen, breakfast bar, widescreen TV, sofa bed and a pool table. We will always be available to answer any questions, we live in the main house and are happy to help however we can. Guests can be completely independent, checking in by key safe, or if preferred we can meet you and run through the property features. Check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am The apartment is in the middle of Chippenham, within a 5 minute walk of the town centre and has many local amenities, shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, gyms, local parks and walks along the river. There are great transport links, the apartment is located within a 3 minute walk to the main line train station with fast trains to central Bath (10mins), Bristol (20mins) and London (1hour). The property has convenient road links, being 5 minutes drive from J17 of the M4 and easy access to explore the south Cotswolds; Lacock, Corsham, Castle Combe, Malmesbury as well as Avebury and Stone Henge stone circles. Longleat and Cotswolds Water Park are also within easy reach.
