*** Message me if you experiencing difficulties booking through Airbnb*** Greetings travelers! Come stay in my apartment located in downtown Lake Zurich, Illinois. Only a 2 minute walk to our lake. Breakfast, Fast Food, Fine Italian/Pizza Restaurant & a few Bars all in our downtown area. Below your room is Offbeat Music & LP Records. Take a few records back home with you or better yet a Drum Set!!! Take A Pebble Properties was named after a song by the great band Emerson Lake & Palmer. On the 2nd floor, no elevator. You have your own private 1 bedroom apartment all to yourself. Ideal for 1 or 2 people but, if you're comfortable using the mattress in the living room for an additional sleep area for a another travel person or couple that's OK with me too. YOUR ROOM (APT#4) INCLUDES: * Insignia 39" TV w/ basic local channels * Kitchenette w/ mini & full size fridge, Mr. Coffee maker and stove top oven (Kitchenette is for simple cooking as there is no fan above stove) * Closet ( w/ small fold-able table) * Private washroom & shower * Free Wifi During Summer only - Shared outside rooftop deck available to guests also! * Your host (me) smokes cigarettes outside on the shared deck. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke please consider not booking as cigarette smoking is allowed on the outside deck. I live on the premises (Apt#1) and respect your privacy but I'm always willing to show you around town & recommend places too. I own the music store below the apartments and I can always help out when around. Safe, small little downtown with restaurants, bars, liquor store, bakery, butcher & park area. Note * We are on Main Street in the downtown area. During the day you will hear cars, trucks & motorcycles going by and of course the occasional hip hop thumping of a teenager's car radio... It's really not a bad problem at all, but I do want to mention it. Nights are pretty quiet & peaceful. You really dont need a car to have a little fun in this small downtown. If you have a car there is free parking in the back lot behind our building. ***Please note I do not have laundry available on premises.*** * Your walls are adjacent to other Airbnb units so we encourage all guests to keep the volume low especially if there is someone staying in the unit next to your unit. *** Offbeat Music (below your room) is open 1pm-8pm weekdays & 10am-5pm Saturday. There are "some" times where you might hear a piano, guitar or drum set being tested out during those hours. It has never been a problem with my tenants but again I do want to mention it. *** After booking please message or call me with an approximate time of when you would like to check in***
