On The Bricks 2 - Historic Downtown Apartment

We are located in Historic Downtown Paducah, Ky at 109 Market House Square, Suite 202. This 774 square feet apartment is in the perfect location for relaxing, work or in town for the many events the town has to offer. There are several restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, ice cream shops and specialty boutiques as well as an independent movie theater all within walking distance. This apartment is on the second floor so there will be stairs you have to walk up to get to apartment. The whole apartment is yours I am available by phone or email or text and will get back to you within 90 minutes. Paducah has many things to offer our visitors all within walking distance such as The Quilt Museum, Carson Center, Paducah Expo and Convention Center, Maiden Alley Cinema, River Discovery Center, Paducah Boat Dock If you do not have a car Paducah offers Lyft. There is free parking downtown There is another apartment next door so with old buildings you could possible hear people in apartment next door. Same as in a hotel The bathroom is located in the bedroom so you will have to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom for people using the sofa bed We have a washer and dryer available to quest staying a few days or longer this is not available on last minute bookings right away as its usually locked. If you are needing the sheets / comforter for sofa bed please let me know when booking. Please be honest on how many people are going to be staying in apartment. I leave towels washcloths coffee etc etc according to how many people are on reservations. Thank you
