Welcome to our cosy private guest suite offering 1 bedroom, a lounge room, a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchenette, patio and private entrance. Please note that our guest suite is part of the main house, but is closed off by a locked door for your privacy. Please read "The Space" carefully so you know what we offer and what you can expect. No 3rd party bookings accepted. We are centrally located and 12km from Surfers Paradise (city/beach) We prefer our guests to be fully vaccinated. We offer a guest suite with 1 bedroom with a double bed tastefully decorated in a classically elegant style. The bedroom has a TV/DVD player offering a variety of free to air channels, and free Wi-Fi. There is a separate lounge room with TV for relaxing after a busy day. Guests have a private bathroom with towels, quality toiletries, a hairdryer and there is a separate toilet. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster, convection plate, electric fry pan and microwave. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided along with a few basic breakfast goodies. There is also a private patio with a BBQ and outdoor setting for your exclusive use. The separate entrance allows guests to come and go as you please. Free street parking is available at the bottom of the driveway. Free Wi-Fi is available at all times. We have La Vintage, voted the best coffee shop on the coast and recently visited by our Prime Minister Mr Scott Morrison just a few minutes drive away plus a quaint shopping centre 2 min drive away which has an excellent al fresco food court offering diners a variety of international eateries including, Indian, Chinese, and Italian. We are centrally located in the heart of the Gold Coast located a 10/20 min drive from the theme parks, beaches and hinterland in a quiet leafy suburb away from the hustle and bustle of the glitter strip of Surfers Paradise which is 12km away. The Gold Coast airport is a 25 min drive away and the closest train station is a 5 min drive. Guests have their own private lockable entrance with access any time of day or night. Please note that this Airbnb is for adults only. Please note that this is not an entire house/apt, but a guest suite which is part of the main house, and as we live here it may be possible to hear our movements which we endeavour to keep to a minimum. We are both triple vaccinated and prefer our guests to be too. Access is found at the rear of the house. There is a set of garden stairs to negotiate to the house and a path showing the way. Parking is at the bottom of our garden. Owing to Covid we try to keep our distance but do try to catch up and say g'day at some stage. Established leafy suburb. Own transport (hire car) is essential. Our official check in is 2pm, however this time can be flexible depending on what day you arrive and what we are up to. So feel free to ask.
