Masters bedroom has QB,ensuite and accessible balcony, bedroom 2 has an extra large QB, bedroom 3 has a QB and accessible balcony. Two BRs are sharing a bathroom and separate toilet.Also, amenities to share are a kitchen, dining table, billiard table,lounge room with balcony and a slow combustion heater for warmth.All bedrooms have overhead fans and reverse cycle air conditioning. Continental breakfast is provided. Quiet, rural property on 10 acres on a hill with views to a big dam ,city of Melbourne, Port Phillip Bay and Mt Macedon Ranges. We have farm animals and chickens. We are close to Hanging Rock and winery on walking distance, is approximately 40 minutes drive to major attractions of Melbourne city- Tennis, Melbourne Cup, Grand Prix and AFL grand finals. Train station is 15 minutes away. A welcome basket with wine and chocolates and fridge stocked with breakfast provisions is available. We are here to help if needed with any problems you may encounter while staying in our property. Nearby on a short stroll is Gisborne Peak Winery. They have Seafood on Sundays. Also, great wood-fired pizza. A short drive is Gisborne town with nice shopping in the main street. Best coffee is Jeds near the library. Hanging Rock - world famous movie called Picnic in Hanging Rock is shot here. Melbourne City is 40 minutes depending on traffic and Bendigo is 1 hour from here. Train station in Sunbury is 15 minutes away as well as the New Gisborne train station. Please no swimming in the dam!
