We are within 3 minute walking distance from the main bus route. 5 minutes walk from the railway network which connects direct to Glasgow Edinburgh and all major cities and historical sites around Scotland. The apartment is at the rear of a beautiful sandstone Victorian house with off street parking. You have a private garden and all amenities are for your sole use. Sleeps Two (Double Bed). However, there is also a sofa bed located in the lounge area and can sleep 1 possibly 2. The house is in a Central location for all links to Glasgow & Edinburgh Airports by road or rail. 15 Min from Glasgow Prestwick. The apartment is located at the rear of a period house based on the West Coast of Ayrshire, with access to the Apartment through the main house. The Apartment is large and bright, clean, warm and decorated in a modern relaxed style with flat screen smart TV, DVD player and high speed internet. There is also a private garden that you look on to from the large lounge. Very central location but still quiet, easy access to areas in the town I.e. bars, restaurants, beach front and railway station; Glasgow, Edinburgh or the fabulous Golf Course in the area. The lounge is large and comfortable, quiet and has good lighting, a dining table and free wifi so it is ideal for work or studying. Besides a comfortable double bed, with extra bedding and lots of clean towels, there is a large hanging space, many shelves and a chest of drawers and television in the bedroom also. The bathroom adjoins the bedroom and has a full modern bathroom space with power shower. The kitchen is medium sized that contains a fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer and two Hot Plates. There is also a toaster, Iron, cutlery, plates pots etc. Off street parking and the house is 2 minutes from the town centre that has plenty of bars and plenty of eating places.. Although centrally located the street is quiet. We are 10 min walk from the beach and railway station with trains 35min from Glasgow and approx. 1 hour to Edinburgh. I live on the property and am happy to chat, and provide suggestions or guidance if required. You are also able to have a lot of privacy if you prefer. You can have much privacy as you want with access to the main house any time you fancy a change:-) Centrally located for all Restraunts and Bars. Centrally located but quiet street. 7 minutes walk to railway station and harbour/beach area. 7 minutes walk from the railway station and 2 minutes from main bus routes. Glasgow 35 min by train with links to Edinburgh and major Scottish cities and towns. The apartment is located at the rear of the main house. Access is therefore through the main house. All doors to the apartment have locks and the house is alarmed. The owner lives in the main part of the building with a small dog who is quiet and friendly. You have private access to the back door and patio area that has a BBQ and large garage (gym). House is 15 minutes from Royal Troon with great golf courses around this area Including Dundonald Links, Royal Troon, Trump Turnberry. Western Gailes
