Paignton sea front within short driving distance with stunning beaches and local attractions. Button Hill House is a detached property situated within its own large enclosed garden, with terraces, ponds and waterfall, overflowing with colourful plants and shrubs. On the top level is a large decked area, overlooking the sea, with a Canadian spa hot tub, sunbeds, bbq, and garden furniture, perfect for alfresco dining. The area is private and secluded, offering the ultimate relaxation space. The apartment takes up the entire ground floor of the house, with its own entrance. It is spacious and open plan offering home from home accommodation, double bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, large hallway . Fully heated and lovely and warm for the colder evenings. Sleeps 2/3. A fold up single bed is available for an extra guest. A cot with blankets and sheets are available. Button Hill House is situated on the main route into Paignton, yet discreetly tucked away up a private drive, away from traffic, giving privacy and seclusion. Within easy access to Torquay, Brixham, Totnes, Dartmouth and Exeter, and just a five minute drive to Paignton's sandy beaches and the famous Paignton Zoo. There is ample parking right outside the apartment on the private drive. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. The bus stop is a two minute walk from the apartment, which takes you into Paignton and serves all the main bus routes and train station. I live on the top floor so I am available 24/7 should there be a problem The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised by myself after guests leave to fulfil the Covid regulations and precautions
