Two rooms in a private house. At the second floor.

You will be welcomed in an ancient house (1869) , completely renovated in 2010. The house is in the Natural Regional Park of Morvan. The 2 rooms communicate. The bathroom and toilets are closed to the rooms. They have to be shared with the owners. Our charming house is our main place. We, Eric and I, live and work here all year long. It's surrounded by a large garden, with a garden table, hamacs, a plancha. From the garden, you could see the "Eternal hill of Vézelay". You will meet our cat Bouzie. Kitchen, dining room and compost toilet at the first floor. Bedrooms and bathroom (to share) on the second floor. And the garden, of course ! We will try to welcome you as much as we can. But sometimes, we could be busy. During the weektime, the rooms must be leaved at 8.30am. If you stay more than 1 night and that we are not in the place, the house will be closed from 8.30 an to 5.30 pm. Closed to the village of Vézelay, World heritage. In the Natural Parc of Morvan, closed to numerous lakes (Settons, Chaumeçon , Pannecière...) where it's very easy to practice Canoe, kayak, paddle, raft, ... Horse riding, hiking are also available. We are closed to the "Chemins (paths) de Compostelle". We are far from the train station of Sermizelles ou Avallon. Sometimes, there is a bus, after the train from Paris, in Sermizelles, which goes to Bazoches. We can pick you up there. Be careful with the train schedule : look for "Ter Bourgogne Franche Comté" on the web. We have many games for you to play (in French). You could book a wine tasting. Book it at least 10 days before your arrival. Contact us. A piano is available for the musicians. We use mainly organic products in the house. The children must under the parental control. No pets or party in the place, thank you in advance.
