Private access and parking. The village of Xhoffraix is located in the town of Malmedy in the hills and less than ten minutes by car from the heart of the city. You want to make beautiful excursions on the spot or in the surroundings ? The possibilities are not lacking, at 5 min. walk from the house you have the Ruisseau du Pouhon, the Cascade du Bayehon near the village of Longfaye, Reinhardstein castle, the valleys of the Warche, Bayehon and Trôs Maret, the brewery of Bellevaux and Peak ( Sourbrodt ), the ski slopes.
