Groebenzell is very green natural grown suburb of munich with good infrastructure. Here are cafes, restaurants, all major supermarkets and all businesses of everyday use. In the summer month we have two nice lakes around with clear water for swimming. - You can reach the S-Bahn (Public transport) on foot within 10 minutes - Train leaves every 10 (evening 20) minutes and takes 20 minutes to the center of Munich - Sufficient parking places are available in front of the premises - via motorway A99 easy to reach (good traffic connections)
