ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE *We are following CDC and Airbnb cleaning guidelines You'll have this homey and beautiful brick home to yourself, with key-less entry door, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one bathroom, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, big back yard with grass, swing set, barbecue grill, picnic table and chairs. There is one queen size bed, two twin size beds and one pull out bed. You are renting the whole house. Keyless entry door. I live in Alamosa and will be available if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, you'll see deer around the property. Street parking PET POLICY: *We only allow up to two middle size dogs in the house. We are dog friendly and accommodations are FREE but we require our guests to keep off dogs from furniture and bedding, pick up their waste, make sure dogs don't track mud inside (especially if it has been raining or snowing) and pets left unattended for any length of time must be crated..
