We are offering a Modern apartment in the close vicinity to the center of Lugano and a 2 minute walk from the University. The apartment is furnished with Italian design materials and offers a full kitchen, a modern bathroom and all the amenities need for an enjoyable stay in Lugano. The apartment offers one free parking spot in the closed and secure parking garage and a private garden space. Fast internet connection and a Flat screen TV with Nextflix and Youtube are also available. The apartment is divided into 2 major rooms one being the bed room and the other being the living room where the sofa bed is located. The kitchen is semi separate to the living room next to the spacious bathroom. Everything is made to look great and make you feel at home. You will receive detailed self check-in instructions one day prior to your arrival. We are always available to help should you have any questions. We have a self check-in system. However we are always there to help in case of need. The building is located in a very quiet neighborhood with shops, bars and a bus station only a few meters away. You may find a bus station located only 50 meters from the building on the main road. This bus line runs through all of Lugano. The bus service is called TPL, to get from and to the train station you should take line 3. We are pet friendly! Also we offer free Netflix on our TV. Free Wifi and indoor parking are also provided.
