Cozy small RV

Cozy RV, perfect for a night or two and for 1 or 2 people. Perfect location right off highway 99. Close to downtown Modesto, nightclubs, shopping and parks. It takes 10 minutes to downtown Modesto and 5 minutes to Vintage Faire Mall. We are only 15 minutes away from Manteca and about 15 minutes from Turlock as well. RV is 28 feet long, has bathroom, shower, microwave, fridge, stove. Very comfortable queen bed, gel mattress. Please do not disturb guests at the house. Call/or text me instead Guests have privacy and don’t have to walk through my home to get in. Access to the RV from the gate with code. Please don’t knock on the house door as we don’t live there. The house is our other AirBNB listing. There’s a sense of community in our neighborhood and that is way we still live here. Our street is really safe and I usually go for walks at night by myself or with my little girl.
