Condo on the main road (with kitchen, 1 BR, 2 aircon ,gym, swimming pool, smartTV & WiFi). Located in Nonthaburi only 3 mins walking to MRT purple line Bang Kraso Station (use exit 4 walk my place just 1 minute) very convenient for your travel in Bangkok and near Central Plaza Shopping Mall (10 mins walk), Don Muang Airport (DMK Airport), IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani and Big C Super Store (5 mins walk). Very fast and easy to go into the middle of City. Our Condo is one bed room type and sofa bed 33 sqm. Quiet and safe neighborhood. My place is very closed to MRT purple line Bang Kraso Station (use exit 4 walk to my place just 1 minute). I live next of this building, you may txt me or call me anytime when you need a help. I do a very deep clean after people leave, the room is exactly just same as photo, and towels/bedding change and clean every time. Its very lively neighborhood. Great area for shopping, dining out and having fun. With Central Rattanathibet, Big C Super store very close about 10-15 min walk, 7-Eleven convenience store in front of Condo. There is Thai street food at Rattanathibet Rd., only 5 min walk. Easy access to airport only 30 minuets taxi ride or you can txt or call me to pickup at the airport we will charge ฿800. 1. Check-in time – after 14:00 / Check-out time – before 12:00. If the room is ready, we can accept early check-in. 2. Before arriving condo, please call or inform me in advance. at least one hour before you arrival. When check in we will charge deposits fee ฿700/ per room for the room card, access card and will give return after check-out. 3. As we are condo not HOTEL , we will not provide daily room clean in your longer stay. !! Important !! The condo is not a HOTEL so if there are any problems please call directly to me, don't go to the front desk at the condo. Be nice and don't break stuff. The great area for shopping, dining out and having fun. With Central Rattanathibet, Big C Super store very close about 10-15 min walk, 7-Eleven convenience store in front of Condo. There is Thai street food at Rattanathibet Rd., only 6 min walk. Use the MRT purple line Bang Kraso Station to avoid dealing with taxis unless you're going to and from the airport.
