Cosy & quiet, midway Perranporth & St Agnes
The house sleeps 4 and is situated on a small holiday park centrally located between St Agnes and Perranporth (both 2 miles in either direction), with plenty of local beaches, coastal walks, and eating places nearby. You'll find everything you could need, such as a fully equipped kitchen, ample wardrobe space and a decent sized TV in the lounge! The park is peaceful and quiet, even in the middle of summer, and the lack of light pollution means you can spend your holiday gazing at starry skies! The house is fully equipped as it's my home for part of the year, so you don't need to bring along any items such as towels or kitchen utensils. The house has 2 bedrooms, a king and a double, and can sleep 4. It's ideally located with a patio that faces onto gardens in a secluded corner of the park, a 2 minute walk from the clubhouse and play area.. The park has a swimming pool that can be used free of charge, as well as a sports bar, café with homemade food, small shop, tennis courts, and mini golf. Guests are given an access code ahead of arrival, allowing flexibility with check in time. I own Genki café in St Agnes, which is located on Quay Road (the road to the beach). I can be found there most of the time if you need anything, have any questions, or fancy some delicious food and drink! Alternatively, Airbnb messages are monitored, as well as text messages. St Agnes is a quaint coastal village with a vibrant centre that has a butchers, bakers, seafood deli, various shops and galleries, and a good selection of places to eat and drink (including Genki that I own!). Perranporth is the perfect spot for fish and chips on the beach, finished off with an ice cream from one of several ice cream parlours. The house is positioned midway between, in a beautiful rural location. The house is perfectly located for days out in Cornwall - Truro is 20 minutes away by car, and St Ives or Newquay 30 minutes. There's a bus stop c.3 minutes walk from the holiday park, so you can walk the coastal path to Perranporth (a gentle & beautiful 2 hour stroll) have a cold beer on the beach, then get the bus back. There's lots of walks nearby, with the coastal path and nearest beach about 20 minutes walk from the front door.
