The apartment is located inside the Kospopolitan Residance , overlooking the beautiful Como lake. It consists of 9 beds, 2 independent bathrooms, living area and large balcony that allows you to have lunch in the open air with a breathtaking view of the lake. Inside the Residence you can find: a private swimming pool, tennis court, football field, bowls alley, a small gym for those who like to keep in shape even on holiday, a BBQ area and a Bar. The private swimming pool, reserved only for the residence's guests, is divided into children's area and adult area. Free football field and gym, while the tennis court and bowls alley court are for a fee. Upon arrival we provide to those who are interested in soccer balls and Ping-Pong rackets. Free Barbecue area is located near the parking area (also free) where you can leave the car during the period of your holiday. Free access to a private beach on the lake. WI-FI is free inside the Barlocated on the first floor of the structure. , for those who want to have internet inside the apartment there is the possibility of a portable Box for a fee. The Kosmopolitan Residence is located just 4 km from Bellagio, a pleasant town in the centre of Como lake; in 40 minutes you can reach Milan and Como. It has a great view of the lake that conveys peace and quiet. Perfect place for those who love nature and want to go hiking. We recommend the Cornizzolo, Mount San Primo and the Corni of Canzo. Also loved by cyclists for the presence of several cycle-routes. A short distance away, you can spend a day of adventure at the Jungle Raider, a path structured on ropes, suspended passages in the air immersed in nature and fully safe. In just over an hour by car you can visit the Mini-Italia and the amusement park of Leolandia.
