A humble little place that's well located and budget friendly. The setup is minimal, yet be assured that all your essential requirements will be met. The place is an independent space with private entry. Meals are not provided, however all cooking amenities are available in the kitchen and many eating joints around the locality. Kindly enter the exact number of guests when booking and if you require transport, let me know! Kindly read the house rules carefully beforehand. Thank you! The home exists as as fully independent unit on the third floor (also the top floor) with a welcoming view of Shillong. Do note that one has to take the stairs. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living/kitchen/dining area, a fully-equipped common bathroom, and a large patio space outside. Whether you book the place for two, three or four guests, the entire place is booked for you. Guests will have access to all locations on the floor. Please note guests will have to CARRY THEIR OWN BAGGAGE to the third floor, do keep this in mind when making a booking. In some cases myself or my helper could be around to help but do not keep this assumption. In most cases you would be doing a Self Check-in. I do not live at the property and my helper leaves at 5pm. I also tend to travel a lot. Expect that I would not be meeting you. Once the space is prepared for your arrival, the keys are placed near the entrance. I do not live on the property, however am always available on call if anything is required. I respect your privacy dearly so be assured that you will not be disturbed :) Located in a quiet and quaint yet fairly centrally located part of Shillong with the additional benefit of being close to the forest with lots of pine trees and clean air. Transport and accessibility to all the main hubs easily available nearby. There are plenty of places nearby where you can get food to eat and supplies. Most of the popular places around Shillong are very walk-able. However, there are taxis and buses available 5 minutes away. Some scenic walking routes nearby as well. Police Bazaar is 20 minutes away and Laitumkhrah is 15 minutes away. Eating joints are plenty nearby, some with delivery available. Kindly note that this is a completely Self-Service place. However, only if you request it, we can send someone to have the place cleaned, bedding folded and towels dried during the day when you are out of the house. I place great emphasis on handing you a clean and hygienic household. There are plenty of places nearby where you can get food to eat and supplies as well. You are most welcome to use the kitchen to cook any meals, as it is stocked with an induction cooker and utensils. Parking is also available. Please note guests will have to CARRY THEIR OWN BAGGAGE to the third floor, do keep this in mind when making a booking.
