Holtzwihr is located in the middle of the Ried and approximately 5km from the city of Colmar. Come and discover our ancient farm building barns fully renovated alsacian-style: half-timbered and beams showing. Apartment of 26m2 ideal for your stay At the heart of the village, you can walk to various shops: hairdresser, bank, bakery, wellness area, tobacco / press, village restaurant and the weekly market "organic". Our furnished is located on the ground floor and has a terrace, you can also enjoy a garden area. IMPORTANT : Arrivals are between 5pm and 8pm .Beyond these times, it will be applied an extra charge of 50 € from 8pm to 11pm and 100 € after 11pm . We inform you that pets are not accepted and that it is forbidden to smoke in the inside of the apartment. We require that the apartment is giving back in the same state that it was found when you arrived, taking care of : To throw the garbage in the bins outside provided for this purpose To empty entirely the fridge and the freezer To clean the dishes and to tidy up them If these conditions are not respected, we will apply a “cleaning extra” of 30€. A wellness area including a heated swimming pool with salty water and a jacuzzi are in free access from 10.am to 7.30 pm We personally welcome all travellers and are at their disposal during their stay. We inform them that the linen ( sheets and towels) are not included in the rental price. It is possible for the traveller to bring his own linen or, we can lend it to him paying an extra. At about 5km only from the city of Colmar, near to the Alsace Wine Route and the famous Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, close to ones of the prettiest villages in France: Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé… Also about 40min only from Germany and its nice, typical cities like Fribourg or Staufen. Mountain lovers will be pleased with the Vosges Mountains or the Black Forest (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) located just 1 hour drive from the flat. It is located next to the village hall and a bus stop (50m) which will take you into Colmar in 20 minutes. If you’re taking a car, it will only take you 15 minutes to go to Colmar’s TGV (high speed train) station, 30 minutes to Mulhouse/Basel airport, 40 minutes to Strasbourg airport and 5 minutes to north-south Colmar motorway junctions. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The price does not include the following: - the household linen: sheets and towels (20€ surcharge for 2 persons) - the journey cleaning services (30€ surcharge).
