Here you can really feel the magic of Tuscany, with privacy and tranquility, surrounded by 5 hectares of olive trees, plants and colorful flowers. This beautiful home, once a typical Tuscan farmhouse, has been lovingly restored, maintaining its rustic, charming heart while providing modern comfort with absolute care to each and every detail. This 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom villa can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The villa is laid out on one level, where the large living room and its beautifully frescoed fireplace opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for enjoying delicious Tuscan meals together. The master bedroom has a view to the garden and there is a double bedroom that can also become a twin room. Both of the 2 bathrooms have showers. The villa has a wonderfully curated garden and a private swimming pool so you can freshen up while gazing at the view over the valley below. There is space to lounge by the pool, sit outside with a glass of wine, or enjoy a meal gathered together at the outdoor dining table. You will have complete privacy while remaining just a mere 7 km distance from the incredible, lively Etruscan town of Cortona, where you can enjoy the shops, wine bars, and many restaurants. The entire property is rented for the exclusive use of the guests. HTT staff assistance! The gardens around the house are peaceful and private with many beautiful trees and plants such as cedars, jasmine, wisteria, lemon trees and comfortable areas where you can enjoy the atmosphere of delicious meals outdoors, while admiring a stunning view of Cortona laying on top of its charming little hill. You can also admire the small hamlet of Castagno which is not far and which you can visit during the beautiful walks you’ll be able to enjoy through the surrounding countryside. It is highly recommended to hire a private driver or rent vehicles service for your stay, considering that the Villa is not in walking distance to facilities.
