My place has just been renovated , clean and modern with great views and accessible to various locations with on drive parking . It is good for females who are travelling and need a base or for business with motorway network 5 minutes away and Kearsley train station within 10 minutes walk and buses available to Bury and Bolton. A clean ultra modern house with open plan dining , modern kitchen and bathroom and great garden to relax in .The price is based on one lady per room and there is a double bed in each room. Access to their room, bathroom and all facilities downstairs with kitchen available for drinks and heating food.The landlord has own bathroom facility. I often hosts students from abroad who come to learn English and assist with their learning by dining and chatting together. It is close to transport but amazing rural setting with view over River Irwell and local walks to Moses Gate Park along the canal or to Clifton Country Park . I am close to Kearsley train station and can get a train to Manchester in 20 minutes or 15 minute walk to bus to Manchester city centre or Trafford Centre and a 7 minute walk to buses to Radcliffe Bury and Bolton and there is free parking. Please note only females need apply and one bedroom is available with double bed .
