Cozy Double Room in a fantastic location

Sweet space for people wanting to explore Melbourne! Close to the centre and Fitzroy with great public transport, Italian Deli, bakeries, Indian grocer and more nearby :) We know Melbourne! Queer-friendly, English/Français The double room has a big bed, a desk, chest of drawers and sliding wardrobes. We spend most of our time talking and listening to music at the back of the house where we have a lovely open space kitchen/sofa space. There's also a terrace at the back for when its warm. from a previous guest: "Kieran, is a Melbourne music/theatre/food encyclopaedia so if you're looking for stuff to do/see/experience you're guaranteed to find it!" Carlton North is a beautiful neighborhood, located between Brunswick and Fitzroy but only moments away from the CBD. Its full of boutique food shops and cafes. Lots of parks around too. The house is a couple minutes walk to Nicholson St. where you can catch the 96 tram which passes the CBD and goes all the way to St. Kilda. On the other side of Pigdon St. is Lygon street where you can also catch trams down to the city or up to Brunswick. The house is right next to a cycle highway which connects to the city in about 10 mins. Withing walking distance are the plethora of food options on Nicholson street. 10-20 mins walking and you're in Brunswick or the other way and you're in Fitzroy which has some awesome bars and shops.
