Private bedroom/bathroom suite off hallway with door for extra privacy. You'll share the living room, dining room, and kitchen with the homeowner/host. Also shared access to front porch, back screened porch, and beautiful property and gardens. Host lives on site, and will be available to guests. Quiet neighborhood setting, surrounded by mature woods. But very close to Chapel Hill/Carrboro and Pittsboro. Minutes from UNC campus and hospital. 12 minutes from Chapel Hill/Carrboro and 15 minutes from Pittsboro. UNC park and ride lot is 5 minutes from the house if you prefer to bus it into CH/Carrboro or campus. I have 2 very friendly, gentle adult cats. If you like, you can keep the door to the hallway back to your bedroom/bathroom closed, to keep the cats out of your space at all times.
