Eynsford Independent Annexe to Relax and Unwind

Nestled in the Darent Valley surrounded by farmland and a mile from Eynsford Village, we have Lullingstone Country Park and golf course as our back garden and Lullingstone Roman Villa and Lullingstone Castle as our neighbours. We welcome you to our newly converted annexe which adjoins the main house. You will have your own private access, parking on private drive and own garden for your enjoyment. One bedroom, shower room, lounge with reclining leather sofa, TVDVD player, fully equipped kitchen Plenty of outdoor seating for watching the sunrise with your hot beverage, to watching the sunset with your glass of wine. Or 'lay like a vegetable' on reclining sofa and watch tv and dvds or we have a selection of board games and books. The side table opens up as a bigger table for dining or playing games. 2 extra beds can be provided on request. A single foldaway bed and a single mattress and bedframe. One can be put in lounge and one in bedroom. But please bear in mind space will be tight if these options selected. The table and chairs would be moved to lobby area. Although there is plenty of room in the garden to pitch a tent! We are available on site for any queries. Whether you want to simply enjoy walking the spectacular countryside and explore the neighbouring villages along the River Darent, dropping in on the way to Castle Farm Lavender fields or The Mount Vineyard, or perhaps visit the many attractions Kent has to offer, we hope your stay will be relaxing. Eynsford has 4 wonderful pubs just a 20 minute walk away. 11km to Sainsburys supermarket, Otford. 27km to Chartwell House, Westerham. 29km to Hever Castle, Edenbridge. 40km to Leeds Castle. 74km to Canterbury Cathedral. 91km to Brighton. 15 minute drive to Bluewater Shopping Mall and Hangloose Adventure. Britain's longest zip wire and 20 minutes to Lakeside Shopping. 10 minute walk to Eynsford train station which is ideal for exploring London. On foot, continue past the Castle and walk along the River Darent to the Visitors Centre. Further along takes you past Castle Farm and the Lavender fields to the next village of Shoreham (about 2 miles) where you will find a Battle of Britain museum and The Mount Vineyard. Ooh and more pubs. 😁 All bedding, pillows, duvet, mattress will be UV sterilized before and after visit. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be included. Sanitiser dispenser at front door.
