Minimalist Waterfront Apartment

This modern and minimalist apartment is the perfect choice for friends or family with up to four persons who want to be in the heart of a contemporary gated city. The apartment is located in the Waterfront City, Dbayeh just a couple of minutes away from the malls, restaurants and pubs and situated on the 3rd floor of a building in the Magnolia Court. COVID-19 precautions: We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before their check in! A comfortable living room area with a modern sofa corner, a coffee table and a TV. The Sofa corner can be turned into two separate beds and can accommodate 2 persons. The open kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, food containers, cooking & serving utensils, an oven, a washing machine and cleaning supplies. There is also a bar counter between the kitchenette and the living room with bar stool seating for two. The Bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet with an access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower facility and is equipped with soap, tissue rolls and towels ( Hand, face and bath towels). There are large windows all over the living room that make the area bright. The living room and the bedroom have access to one shared balcony with a view of the highway. Guests have access to the common private garden situated in the center of the Magnolia Court. Guests can park outside in designated parking spots. Guest can also benefit from the Marina for jogging and biking. Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay. A common private garden is situated in the center of the Magnolia Court We’re actually surprisingly close to everything and are easily accessible by Uber. Almost everything is within a short drive of the Waterfront City: -5 minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail stores ( ABC Mall, Le Mall & Spinneys) 2 minutes to Blueberry Square 30 minutes Rafic Hariri International Airport 15 minutes to Beirut Cable TV is available The host will happily recommend winery tours & tastings and help you with the bookings.
