The house is perfect! Magnificent garden with fruit trees, ponds, patios, and a 12-meter long covered swimming pool, excellent for an early morning swim. Train to Porto at 5 min, a shopping center at 5 min and a bakery nearby. Very well equipped, with a fully functional laundry room, pool stretchers, including beach towels, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms! There are also two bicycles for your rides and a vintage table football (foosball) for frenzied games and great laughs! I'm renting out an amazing stone house dating back to 1740, just 15km away from Porto. It's a great place to spend some relaxing holidays in the countryside. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms have a bathroom and there's also a third guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a stove, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and a table). There's also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the laundry area. In the living room, there is a tv with dozens of channels, both national and international. There is also Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house. There's also a garage where you can keep up to 3 cars. There's lots of outdoor space where you can enjoy nature in peace and quiet and also a private indoor swimming pool. The location is perfect because you can quickly reach Porto by car or train. Train connections are quite simple to Porto and you can reach Maia by bus. La maison est parfaite! Tout ce que vous avez besoin est là. Métro pour Porto à 5 min, grand centre commercial à 5 min, boulangerie à proximité,...Très très bien équipé, de la buanderie au portail télécommandé en passant par les draps de bain pour la plage! le petit plus : deux bicicletes pour vous vous promener les cheveux au vents et un babyfoot d’époque pour des parties endiablées et de bons fous rires! Regarding parking spots, the garage is open for guests and there is also a lot of space to park your car inside the property. I will always interact with guests. Nota: o preço de eventos é o equivalente ao preço de 4 noites, no entanto este aspeto poderá ser discutível, de acordo com o n.º de convidados ou noites efetivamente passadas na casa, entre outros.
