Excellent location near Rapid Creek shops with Sunday markets, a 2 minute walk to the bus stop or take a stroll on the foreshore pathway for a breathtaking sunset. The living space features high ceilings, a mezzanine bedroom loft and maximises outdoor living.. all so lush, you won’t want to leave.. This exquisite garden studio is totally designed to maximise the delights of tropical living. The space is private and self-contained, everything to make your stay unforgettable. The rear deck functions as both outdoor kitchen and dining. It looks out over the garden and features an outdoor pond with the gentle sound of running water. Please note the queen bed is located on a mezzanine loft, ensure you are happy navigating the small stairs, slightly steeper than most and there is no handrail. Carport for your use is located at the entry to your own private studio. Use of spa pool also available. The studio is located in my garden. The guest space is private and fully self contained to enable guests to come and go freely. I am available to help out with local tips and information as required. This location is unbeatable for a true Darwin experience. The street hosts the long term Darwin residents, that celebrate together with an annual street Cricket match on Australia Day. I am the new kid on the block and I have lived here 22 years. Please always consider my wonderful neighbours and blend in.. 2 minutes walk to 2 different bus routes: bus no. 10 & no. 4 Please note this quiet haven in Darwin has an abundance of wildlife, which can often be active at night ie. possibility of possums running on the roof or active birdlife. There may also be green tree frogs that love being in the bathroom toilet, if so, give me a call & I will collect them.
