Close to all amenities. Ample parking in drive way. Completely optional. Just let us know what you prefer. Very quiet and safe neighborhood in the country. Around the corner from Historic Charlotte Square. 7 miles from downtown Dickson, 45 minutes to downtown Nashville, 35 minutes from Clarksville. You will need a vehicle to get around. No public bus routes and Uber does service to/from Charlotte. If you have an aversion to pets, let us know, and we will keep our lovable dog, Tasha, and adorable cat, Boots, out of the way. They are out door pets and love people. Non-Smoking indoors, plenty of outside smoking areas.
