Bedrooms: Bedroom #1 is the master with Queen bed with wardrobe Bedroom #2 hosts a Queen bed and a single bed Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed All rooms have side tables, bed lamps and wardrobes / clothing rack and a ceiling fan. A heater is provided in two of the bedrooms. Living Room(s): With two adjacent, but separate living areas, relax on the comfortable couch in front of the flat-screen TV, with Amazon Firestick connected to enable you to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Stan or other accounts. WIFI is provided so you can stream until your heart is content. There is also a study desk with chair for those wanting some space for computer work or writing, alongside a quiet reading area. Kitchen: Our kitchen comes complete with gas cooktop, cooking utensils, appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee-pod machine), double door fridge/freezer and basic pantry supplies – for those times when you just want a break from Adelaide’s amazing cuisines and have a hearty home-cooked meal. Bathroom: The bathroom has a generously sized bath with shower , we provide complementary consumables (shampoo, conditioner, soap) to get you settled. Laundry: The laundry has a large 10Kg front loader washer and separate tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, internal clothes rack and external clothesline outside. Outside: A large backyard with cubby house and large lawn area is perfect for the kids to play. Undercover courtyard with outdoor dining table and relaxing sofa. Transport from Airport - 20-30 Minutes (depending on traffic) by Uber (around $20-$30 dollars) - Public transport from Adelaide Airport (about $20 per person) is generally complicated and takes a long time (over one hour). Parking - There is 4-5 car parks located on the driveway adjacent the house. Heating/Cooling - There is split system heating/cooling for the living and kitchen areas, which flows through into the bedrooms *Additional plug-in heaters are stored two of the bedrooms * Each bedroom has a ceiling fan Baby Essentials - The apartment is fully furnished however we do not provide certain baby essentials you may wish to be aware of. Those travelling with babies are recommended to bring their own change table, cot, and highchair if required as these are not amenities we provide. Guest access Entrance is via the front door. You will be provided with a code to access the security lockbox. Guests are free to make themselves feel at home at our place and are able to access the entire property and all amenities during their stay. Contact host You will have the entire place to yourselves. We only live a few minutes away so can provide you with assistance at short notice if we are at home. 10 minute walk to Walkerville Terrace cafes and shops and a large Woolworth s, our house provides a convenient location for you to stay. Melbourne St and O'Connell Street, home to a number of pubs, cafe's and restaurants is only a 5-minute drive away. If you're visiting Adelaide for the AFL, Cricket or any other event at Adelaide Oval our house is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive / Uber. Bus transport to Melbourne St, Adelaide Oval and Adelaide CBD is less than a 5-minute walk from the house. The River Torrens and walking/cycling trail is also only a 5-minute walk away.
