Simple, clean, and Cozy! This is a 4 bedroom home that me and my 7 year old son will be sharing with you. You will have your own PRIVATE bedroom with a Comfortable Queen size bed, a desk, and a lock on the door for your Privacy. The house sits back in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the airport and less then 15 minutes to downtown. As the real estate saying goes, location location location. 5 minutes from the airport! The property is conveniently located between Easton and the Airport, and only about 10 minutes from downtown! The property is two stories and also includes a basement. When you enter the property you will be in the living room. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Your room is to the left, down to the end of the hall to the right and next to the bathroom. Central air/heat, washer and dryer, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and WiFi are just a few conveniences you will enjoy during your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and a Keurig with K-cups! Guests will have access to community areas of the home such as the living/dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and bathrooms. Laundry is available as well for $3 a load. Guests can park on the street right near the property. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for up to 3 hours @ $5 an hour. Since guests dictate how much or how little they would like to interact with me, if certain guests would like to be social and include me that is fine and for those guests who want to be independent and do their own thing that is also fine as well. Close to Easton shopping place and the CMH airport. It's Easy and Convenient to get an Uber or Lyft. The Bus Stop is less then a Mile away. Places to go! Easton - 12 Minutes, 4 Miles Ohio Expo Center and State Fair (717 E 17th Ave) - 14 Minutes, 7 Miles Greater Columbus Convention Center (400 N High St.) - 15 Minutes, 7 Miles OSU (281 W Lane Ave) - 15 Minutes, 9 Miles German Village - 18 Minutes, 8 Miles Grandview - 18 Minutes, 10 Miles Westerville- 21 Minutes, 12 Miles Polaris - 21 Minutes, 16 Miles Dublin - 29 Minutes, 23 Miles You will be provided a key code to access the property. Number of Guests: I ask that all my guests be honest and accurate in the number of guests occupying my home. Utility expenses add up for larger groups. My property is priced competitively and fairly.
