Spacious, well-appointed, large two-bed apartment

Our apartment has been refurbished and has a clean, fresh interior with all the mod cons. It offers 2 or 3 beds, sleeping up to 4 people. There is a generous living space, divided into a dining/living room, with a sofa bed, in addition to the two double bedrooms. Easy walking distance to town and the Camberley train station, and also to Frimley Hospital. Farnborough Main train station has fast trains to London and approx £10 in a taxi (8 mins by car). Our large, airy first-floor apartment has been refurbished and is ideal for families or couples for short or long stays. It offers highly flexible sleeping arrangements with three beds in total, plus a large single sofa bed in the living room. The master has a very comfortable King bed with ample drawer space. The second bedroom can either be a single, twin or super king bed, with our Laura Ashley day bed and memory foam mattresses providing three possible configurations, depending on your needs. Plus, a desk and TV with DVD player makes it ideal for an extra work space or for kids. A triple wardrobe provides generous hanging space. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and provide a restful, quiet space. We have a Joie travel cot with sheets (no duvet) and changing mat for babes, which can easily be sited in either bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room provides a third sleeping space if required. The large bathroom has a shower over a large bath with good pressure. Our family uses the premises as a bolt-hole and the kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for long or short stays. The kitchen has been refurbished with new work surfaces, sink, hob and oven, as throughout, it has been decorated to a high standard. There’s a larder, cereal, condiments, spices, oils, coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. We have a Tassimo coffee machine and will provide some pods to get you up and running. We are happy for our guests to use anything from the cupboards and make themselves right at home. Satellite / Virgin channels consist of Amazon Prime, Netflix and Terrestrial TV channels. We have Virgin unlimited super fast fibre optic broadband too. While the apartment has a small communal garden, we are 200m from the expansive Watchetts Playing Fields, which has a fabulous playground for kids and public tennis courts. There is ample free off-road parking and potentially an allocated parking space (free) if our car is not here. We are always available by phone but unlikely to be available to meet and greet, therefore self check-in will be required. The apartment will be managed by our daughter. Our Camberley apartment is easy walking distance to Camberley, convenient to Ascot racecourse and 20 minutes walk / 10 mins bus to Frimley Hospital. We are ten minutes walk into central Camberley and opposite Watchetts Park Rugby Fields. We’re very accessible by train and there is ample parking if you have a car. Stricly NO use of candles vaping products or smoking in the property or communal areas because of this, we can only accept non-smokers.
