Brilliant for family or friends reunions. Our home is set in wonderful, peaceful countryside on a private road off the beaten track and yet we are only 5 minutes from village facilities of bar, restaurants, boulangerie etc. and just 20 minutes from the historic Loire valley town of Richelieu and Chinon. Easy 3 hour drive from Paris. Exclusive use of fabulous heated pool and all the facilities. Sleeps 9 adults plus infants. Pull out beds for a further 3 people Minimum 3 nights stay. Elegant ensuite facilities reflect the care we have taken in creating the accommodation. The property is securely fenced with access through electric gates and ample parking. There are 4 large rooms all with en-suite bathrooms (3 doubles and 1 x family room) the living room has a sofa bed which can sleep a further 2. The gite comfortably sleeps 9. An additional 2 bed and breakfast rooms (1 double or twin and 1 family room with a double and single beds are available in the main house priced separately at €80 per night per room. There is a private, secure swimming pool and large garden with hanging hammocks, a pizza over and bbq facilities. There is a range of bikes available and a games room equip with a ping pong table, croquet, Boxing bag etc. Ideally located for those wanting peace and tranquillity but close enough to attractions, medieval towns, golf courses and much much more. Guests have their own external access to their rooms. We are always available talk guests through what is available locally. A stunning rural location surrounded by fields and forests accessed from traffic free rural roads A10 motorway (junction 25) is 12 minutes away and the railway line station at Noyent de Touraine is 10 minutes away. Tours and Poitiers airports are 45 minutes away and the TGV runs from Tours to Paris hourly.
