Clean and Spacious

A spacious, private and locakable double bedroom with storage space and a sofa, a simple and clean place to stay at, located next to one Manchester's most beautiful parks, the Boggart Hole Clough. The neigbourhood is safe and quiet, with lots of takeaways and shops nearby, only 5 km from Manchester City Centre. A Victorian two bedroom townhouse with simple and practical furnishing, maintained to a high standard. Guests have access to the Kitchen and Dining area, the Living Room and the Backyard where smoking is permitted. I'm usually not around and I respect my guests personal space, however I'm always contactable in case you need anything. The house is located on a quiet street next to the "Boggart Hole Clough" Park and just 5 minutes away from Harpurhey Shopping Centre. The local produce and flea market is open every Tuesday and Friday and there's also a variety of fast-food chains and restaurants available within a few minutes. Manchester City Centre (Piccadilly Gardens) is about 20 minutes away on the bus, you can use the below services: 112 and 118 from Hillier Street North (Fist bus Ltd.) 163 and 118 from Moston Lane (First bus Ltd.) Piccadilly Train Station is about 30 minutes away on the bus. Manchester Airport is about an hour away via the train and bus or 30 minutes in a taxi. In case you have a car, there is free parking available around the house.
