Double or triple room with private bathroom

We have a large ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There are 2 single beds which can be made up as a zip and link 6ft bed and a daybed. The room is flexible and can accommodate three friends, a couple and child or one person. Please let us know how you would like the beds made up (extra charge for third person). The house is a short walk from central Bath (20 mins). Bus stop on the corner. Easy parking as we are just outside the controlled zone. Tea and coffee available in room. The bedroom is on the ground floor. The room is comfortable with an en suite, TV and internet access. We provide tea and coffee making facilities and everything you need for a continental breakfast (juice, cereals, yogurt, toast , tea and coffee). There is space to have breakfast in the room or outside on the terrace on fine days. We have a large garden and guests are welcome to use this. We don't provide access to the kitchen and living room. Our dog stays in here when we are not at home and she is not allowed in bedrooms. We both work and sometimes work from home. We provide a continental breakfast as we can be up and away from the house quite early. We live a short walk (20 mins) into the centre of Bath and there are numerous different routes to take, via beautiful Camden Crescent or past the shops of Walcot Street. There is a bus on the corner, a good pub with pizzas, another pub with garden which catches evening sun, small convenience store and chemist all very close by. A short walk in the other direction takes you to Larkhall which has shops, a cafe and deli. There are several restaurants and nice pubs in walking distance. We are happy to make recommendations according to your tastes and budget. We provide parking. The bus stop is 20 metres away. Regular buses in and out of Bath. It's a downhill walk into the city (approx 20 minutes). A steep walk uphill to get back. Taxi from centre of town costs approx £6. Because we have a dog we don't think our place is suitable for guests with babies and very young children.
