Newly remodeled family vacation home. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. There is one main bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom attached. living room sofa folds down to a full size sleeper, middle room sofa also folds down to a full size sleeper. Second bedroom has a new comfortable queen sized bed max of 2 car parking spaces in front of home. No parties and no loud music after 10pm. No smoking 🚭 WiFi property with a smart tv for Netflix use. 10 minutes past tijuana 5 minutes from the convention center. 10 minutes to the center of Rosarito. 15 minutes to Puerto Nuevo 45 minutes to Ensenada 1 hour to the Valle de Guadalupe wine country. Full house access. There are 2 enclosed patios at this house. There is a Propane Grill on the back patio closest to kitchen. We do have security cameras in the front patio entrance and the back patio for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside. These are only monitored when the home is not occupied. There are absolutely no parties allowed. No loud music after 10 pm in respect of our neighbors. Always available by text Community has gated security Parking is directly in front of house. Space for only 2 cars. Please read our Airbnb home handbook found on our listing. Excessive cleaning charge in addition to fee paid at booking is $50 per day of work. (This is only beyond normal use) Additional person over 6 people booked is $35 per night. No smoking in the house. All damages to be paid by person booking home. House is thoroughly inspected before and after each rental.
