The spaces are well designed with a lot of cross ventilation. The kitchen is open to the living room. The apt is on the 4th floor and It's made of brick too. The accra mall is 20mins, airport is 15mins away. A supermarket is 10mins walkway. East legon which has a lot of bars and food joints is 15mins away. There is a local market 5mins away and getting public transport to almost every part of Ghana is easy from here. Cable TV, netflix, fibre broadband, washer and hot water also available. The flat itself is nicely decorated with simple, comfortable and contemporary furnishings. There is ample closet space in the rooms and due to the building's ventilation/window construction, there is a nice flow of air that continuously comes through. The kitchen is spacious and a great addition if you choose to save money by cooking some of your meals at the home. Living room, Kitchen, dining, Bathroom I like to socialise with guests. You can reach me through phone, text or email It's a residential hub with over 10 high rise structures The location is in Madina, just outside of Central Accra and is a bustling neighborhood with lots of natives, shops and street vendors on the main road. The roads currently are untarred and dusty and being worked on There are two tro-tro stations conveniently located just beyond the flats and there are ample taxis and uber available as well. Taking traffic into consideration, you can typically get to Central Accra in about half an hour. pls note that there is currently rationing of running water on Wednesdays and sundays but reserved water is provided for cooking and bucket showers
