Large rm with private bathroom, 2 beds, Patchogue

Very large room with private bathroom, refrigerator, very large television, plenty of dressers and closet space. Guests have use of library, kitchen. and Florida room. There are lawn chairs outside and a patio awning.Additionally there is highly purified reverse osmosis water available out of an additional spigot in the kitchen 24/7. Coffee is available 24/7 as well. I have masks and woodcarvings from all over the world. I have my own library with 172 red oak bookshelves. I am within walking distance to the village of Patchogue, ferries to Fire Island and train to NYC and elsewhere on Long Island. You will have access to your bedroom with its own bathroom, the kitchen, library and Florida room. Please do not take books out of the library without permission. You do not have access to owners refrigerator except to get milk or half and half. You do not have access to owners pantry. You have access to the backyard, there are lawn chairs and a patio awning. I am available to help with dining recommendations, beach information. Beach towels are available to use. I can provide information on sightseeing in NYC or Long Island. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street Patchogue with bars, restaurants, shops, theater , library etc. The train station is about a 20 minute walk with access to NYC or Montauk Point. Near the train station is the ferry to Watch Hill Fire island National Seashore. You can use a car, bike, taxi, Uber or Lyft . Parking is available for free as is bike storage . There is handicapped parking in the front, 2 parking spaces in the front and 2 parking spaces in the back of the house. All rooms are air conditioned and have cable vision and Wi-Fi . There are 3 friendly cats in the house. The cats do not go into guest rooms. They stay either in the Florida room or attic or the library.
