Spacious house in a quiet harbour

A two-storey house (121 m2) with a cascade of terraces overlooking the sea is located in the village Perazića Do — a quiet but picturesque corner of Montenegro. You will get access to several uncrowded beaches, which are located 3 minutes walk from the house (70 m). In high season, the beaches are equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for a comfortable stay, there are also several cafes. ✱ There are 2 entrances to the house. Through the sliding glass doors of the first floor you get to the shady terrace with BBQ and seating area. ✱ The house is fitted with high-speed Wi-Fi, TV and electric piano. ✱ The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, mini-processor). ✱ Each of the 3 bedrooms and the living room has air conditioning, enabling guests to feel comfortable in any weather. In 2 bedrooms there are balconies. Feel free to ask me or request anything from me before your arrival. In Perazicà Do you will find one of the Montenegrin landmarks — the active monastery Reževići. ✱ It is possible to go somewhere by public bus or taxi. ✱ If you are going to come by car, you will have free parking at your disposal. ✱ Upon prior request, a transfer from/to Tivat/Podgorica airport can be arranged. A 20-minute stroll along the romantic seaside walkway will take you to the the nearest town Petrovac, where there are shops, restaurants and other entertainment.
