Couples Spa Retreat 2 fireplaces COASTAL ESCAPE

Fiji inspired coastal themed holiday retreat. Private palm fringed paradise, perfect for a romantic escape, honeymooners, or travellers. Feel recharged as you relax or work out in the swim spa. The lake is only a short stroll away where you can just sit and enjoy the view, explore, BBQ in the park, or fish off the wharf. Kayaking is very popular. The famous 'Catho' Beach , and Caves Beach is only a short drive away. Whale watching, bushwalking in the nearby National Park is also great fun. My private retreat is unique with its coastal vibe, a hint of Fijian feel, as you can holiday all year round no matter the season. Winter is made special with the huge 4m heated swim spa to relax in as you massage those cares away with the pulsating jets. Wrap yourself in one of the sumptuous fur lined hooded robes as you leave the spa or after sharing a romantic shower together in the double shower designer bathroom. Continue the rejuvenation by lazing beside the fireplace while watching Netflix. Meals are a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen where you may then wine and dine in the dining room or alfresco under the bamboo pergola listening to the trickling water feature. Both bedrooms have comfy bedding with TV but the master spoils you with the ambience of another fireplace. A wonderful winter escape for you to enjoy. The complete first floor house with entertainment area, including the swim spa is available for the guests. It is private and separate from the owners apartment above. Off street parking is available and there is a separate entry, through the double front doors. As it's a private retreat, I am prepared to greet my guests and be in contact if needed, as I'm usually in the upstairs fully self contained apartment but basically I leave them to enjoy the privacy of their own space . The couples retreat is a pleasant stroll away from the largest salt water lake in Australia. Nearby facilities include 2 local supermarkets, cafes, waterfront bowling club , restaurants, pizza, fish and chips, Chinese, Thai, 2 local service stations, the Perfection Wine Bar, many local boat ramps, wharves, great fishing, hiking, swimming, boating, a 10 minute drive to assorted glorious beaches such as the famous "Catherine Hill Bay". The National Park is only 8-10 minutes drive away from the Gwandalan Summerland Point area. Look on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps. We are surrounded by water, the serenity of the lake and the breathtaking beaches. The Hunter Valley Wineries and gardens are only an hours drive away too. Even though there are buses and taxis you are best to drive your car...or walk around. Boats , kayaks yachts can be hired at Cams Wharf. There is sky diving at Pelican and the airport is just north of Newcastle. Bring your bike as there are exciting bike trails too. There are chinese silky chickens up the back. see photo.
