Huge bed, private bathroom, own living area

Everyone is welcome here & we provide breakfast & transport cards. Just top cards up before you leave! For stress free self entry, simple instructions are sent via Airbnb app a couple of days before you arrive. In your room you will find WiFi code, a list of local restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, transport & suggestions to keep you entertained. You can maintain complete privacy or socialise with us & get a feel for the area. Our home is large, modern, very comfortable & spotlessly clean With your own living area, bathroom and fridge/freezer, most people say it is like an apartment. All the niceties like built-in wardrobe, TV and full length mirror in bedroom & a nightlight in private bathroom to make things easy. Lots of easily accessible power points each side of bed. The room is comfortably light filled or the block-out curtains can be pulled so you can enjoy a sleep in. The bed is 2.2 metres x 2.1 metres! If you have more than 2 people, we have another beautiful double bedroom for adult members of the same party at a minimal charge. This is not rented to anyone else. You always have your own private area. Having stayed at over 90 Airbnb's, we fully understand it from your perspective and do our utmost to make your trip comfortable. Your own separate living room. Private bathroom with hair dryer, towels, soap, shampoo and separate toilet. There is plenty of off-street parking. There is a back yard and huge alfresco dining/entertaining area to make use of. COFFEE machine! The kitchen is available for preparation of simple meals upon request or you can choose the option of dining with us for a nominal cost of $10. Gluten free readily available as are most dietary requirements We are happy to chat at anytime or give you complete privacy. It's up to you We are a short stroll to many restaurants, cafes, shops, train station etc. It is no problem to walk around after dark. A few minutes walk to train station. We have Opel cards for you to use. All we ask is that you top them up to the value they were at when you received them. One direction is a 5 minute ride to Westfield Miranda shopping centre. Stay on the train and it's only 30 minutes to centre of Sydney. The other direction is 10 mins to the beaches and lifestyle of Cronulla. Or you can catch a bus. If you have a car, a drive through The Royal National Park and all its sights is a must. Alternatively a fun ferry ride across Port Hacking River will get you to Bundeena where there are more beaches and bush walks. There are even a couple of pushbikes you can use at your own risk! We have a tabby cat called Neville who loves to interact or we can keep him out of your way
