Room for 2 person at Bandar Saujana Utama. Located only 10 minutes from UiTM Puncak Alam. My house located in a new township area of Bandar Saujana Utama. I live here with my wife since 2013. This area is practically the center of Puncak Alam. Distance (in time) from my house: 1. UiTM (MARA Technology University) Puncak Alam (10 minutes) 2. Fast foods & mamak restaurants, petrol stations, pharmacies, police station (all within 5 minutes distance) 3. LATAR Highway (15 minutes) We are both working. So, we will try our best to help you with your accommodation. 1. Living hall 2. Kitchen 3. Laundry room 4. Carpark I give my guests space but i am available when needed.
