Ideal to explore the area by car or bike around Modena and Bologna as well as the Apennines and Northern Italy. Taste and discover the traditional balsamic vinegar, lambrusco, parmesan cheese and parma ham from local producers closeby. Enjoy 2 floors of the villa with 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms of which 1 is private, a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace (common use if the other part of the house is rented) and a terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine with the view on nature and the surrounding area. The house comes with a big garden area. Great place for a family vacation or business stay in the area. Private entrance and parking with electronic gate. We are a german and an italian girl who work in this area and manage the house for Antonio with a lot of care, we can speak German, Italian, English, Polish and Moroccan. We love to travel and get to know different cultures but at the same time we leave you all the privacy. The villa is located in the beautiful historic village Castelvetro di Modena, where the famous Lambrusco di Grasparossa comes from, 10km from Maranello (Ferrari), close to Modena (20km) , Bologna (40km), Parma (70km), Ferrara (80km), Verona (120km) and Firenze (130km). Gardalake and the adriatic seaside are 90 mins away. If you prefer to enjoy nature, we are in the heart of different biking trails, parks and close to the apennines. Emilia-Romagna is not only known for its eno gastronomic specialties or fast cars, but above all for its hospitality and an insider tip as a destination. You will find a breakfast area in the kitchen on the first floor. The closest good restaurants are a few minutes away by car in the historic centre of the town (during the day walking around 20 minutes). In town you’ll find 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, bars and restaurants, and a farmacy. The garden is very big and on one side not fenced, so don’t leave small children unattended. We clean the house with care before your arrival but remember that the house is on the countryside, so nature sometimes takes over ;).
