Located in a pretty village, with a variety of pubs and close to city and countryside. Converted loft above a detached garage, with parking and separate, private access and garden area. Studio space, with en-suite bathroom. Opposite a golf club. The space is small. The ceiling is sloped and not suitable for tall people, especially the bath/shower area. Everything is included; a bedroom and lounge area, with table for 3, which can be used as a large desk space. There is a kettle, toaster, mini fridge and microwave/grill, with utensils. There is not a kitchen sink, but a washing up bowl and materials are provided. You have private access to the studio, with your own key.(s) There is parking for 1 car and another in the golf club car park. There is also access to the garden, with a pub-style bench and deck chairs on request. Please note smoking inside is not acceptable. The family is available in the evenings and weekends to offer advice and assistance. The location is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Hawarden village. This is a historic village with castle grounds and central street with picturesque buildings. Four good pubs which also serve food are within 10 minutes walk. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, which goes to Chester and Mold. Plus a train station within 5 minutes walk, which goes to Wrexham and Liverpool (via the Wirral). A short bus, then train journey is also viable to Manchester. This is a quiet, rural location opposite a golf club and looking out over fields. Within walking distance to 4 pubs. The studio is private and quiet, so guests won't disturb neighbours and vice versa. Please note the kitchen area is limited. A small fridge and combi oven, toaster and kettle are provided. A washing up bowl, liquid and cloths are provided, but can only be used in the bathroom.
