The room is located on 32nd floor with great panorama view of the city. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen with all essential electronic appliances: - 2 AC units - Flat screen TV - Local cable TV - Free Wifi - Electronic stoves with hood. - Microwave - Electric water pot - Washer - Refrigerator - Shower with water heater - Hair dryer - Swimming pool - Gym - Sauna - Study room - Parking lot (please let me know prior your check-in date if you need to park your car) I split my time between Chiang Mai and Bangkok. My co-host, Tatiya, is easily reached by mobile, Airbnb message or various app chats. And she can meet you in person if there's any problem or issue that can't be solved online. Nonthaburi is a province on the Northern side of the Bangkok. It's authentic and non-touristy area. Good for long stay. The Yaek Nonthaburi 1 MRT station is only 200 meters away. And it'd be the most convenient and cost effective way of traveling from my apartment to any place in Bangkok. Taxi can also easily be hailed right on the main road 24-7. GRAB app works quite well to call in taxi/private car as well. # Complimentary cleaning is provided every 10 days. Extra cleaning can be requested at 750 baht each time. # The electricity bill is covered up to 2000 baht/month which is more than enough for normal usage and if you don't leave AC and lights on when you're not in the room. For the usage over the limit the fee is 5 Baht/unit.
