This home offers seclusion and relaxation in the leafy Brisbane suburb of The Gap. Nature is on your doorstep and the city is only a 20-30 minute bus or drive away. The downstairs guest area has a separate entrance and exclusive use of a large living area, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette. Visitors are invited to share with the owners the lush tropical gardens of the property and enjoy the large swimming pool and garden. The downstairs area is exclusively for guests. It's a large space with a big open plan living area, kitchenette, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The place has been decked out to meet the needs of our guests and you will find all the basics and more to ensure your comfort during your stay here. The open plan living area includes a large sofa, a large flatscreen TV, coffee tables and a desk. We provide free wi-fi. There is an eating area which includes dining table and chairs. There is the additional option of a single mattresses in a small room which doubles as a study and joins onto the bathroom. The kitchenette is great for standard cooking requirements, with a large fridge/freezer, Breville convection oven, hot plate for cooking, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of storage space. The kitchen area also includes a bartable and stools. Bathroom includes a toilet, shower and bath. There is a laundry area with washing machine. Outside is table and chairs, a sofa and we can also provide a bbq should you wish to cook outside. The pool is divine and there for everyone to enjoy. If you are feeling energetic we also have a large trampoline. The guest area is separate and private, but this accommodation would suit guests who are comfortable with some level of noise transfer from the owners who live upstairs. For lovers of the outdoors we are situated five minutes walk from the Enogerra reservoir, a stunning area renowned for swimming, kayaking, SUP boarding, bush walking and mountain bike trails. For those who are planning on spending time in the city, The Gap Park and Ride bus stop is 200m away, offering direct access to Brisbane city and all its attractions (20- 30 minutes bus ride) Prior to your arrival we will provide you with the code for the key safe so you are free to enter and leave the property via your own private entrance.
