Collins Cottage is a luxuriously renovated home located in the leafy, riverside neighbourhood of Aitkenvale. 3 spacious bedrooms + large deck + private, secure and spacious yards + double undercover carport. A short stroll to the Riverfront of Ross River and beautifully appointed parks. Local shopping and restaurants all within a kilometre. 12 minutes drive to popular waterfront area, The Strand and Townsville CBD.  Modern and luxurious open plan living and kitchen area, with double bifold doors opening onto a 48m2 fully undercover deck which spills out onto lush green lawn. The entire space is private and to yourself, no amenities need to be shared. All spaces are air conditioned or romantic casement windows can be opened for fresh airflow.  Luxury queen bed in the master bedroom with modern, beautiful ensuite and large walk in robe— a little haven to escape to after a long day of work or play.  The comfort extends to the other two bedrooms one appointed with queen bed and the other with twin beds, both with large built in robes and air conditioners. Main bathroom is beautifully appointed, fresh and clean.  Microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and stovetop. Continental breakfast provided for your enjoyment and convenience for your first night’s stay.  We have renovated this space with attention to detail, high end finishes and lots of love— we can’t wait for you to enjoy it with your family and friends.
