Our modern first floor apartment in the centre of Rhayader offers two double bedrooms with twin options. One bedroom also includes a cosy mezzanine with single bed, perfect for families. Larger groups will appreciate the luxurious double sofa bed. Perfect for Holidays or Contractor accommodation. Open plan living space: With oak flooring. Lounge area: With electric coal-effect fire, 43" Freeview 4K TV and sofa bed (for two). Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1: With zip and link king size bed (which can be made to 2ft 6in twin beds - please advise when booking). Also a single bed on a mezzanine floor with a ladder access. Bedroom 2: With zip and link king size bed (which can be made to 2ft 6in twin beds - please advise when booking). Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and heated towel rail. We can arrange bike hire, tickets for local attractions and also breakfast or half board packages near the apartment. Although you are in the centre of Rhayader, please be aware of the neighbours and keep the noise outside to a minimum late at night. We have limited parking (off street), but are 50 yds from a large free car park and their is on street parking directly adjacent to the property.
