This beautiful and spacious Loft was built in 2020 and it features a large kitchen with dining area, living room with 55 Inch TV, large bathroom with walk in shower, king size bed, floor heating and brand new furniture. We have plenty of parking on premises, you could even fit large Suv with 10m long trailer right in front of the Loft! Outside patio is about 30 sqm, enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Main square, bars and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away. There are two buildings on the property. Loft is part of one that has a garage and then there's the main house where my mom and I live. Loft is great if you're a freelancer or work remotely because it has super fast internet - ethernet connection 500 mb/s, wifi 250 - 400 mb/s. In addition, there are three 27 inch monitors that are available upon request, no extra charge. If you prefer peace and quiet Loft has excellent sound proofing or if you like it loud there's a 55 inch TV with 380 W soundbar. Entire Loft, patio, three parking spaces and if you're staying during winter storm we will offer you garage parking. I am available for questions via texts or phone.
