A bijou modern annexe including mini kitchen with oven/microwave and fridge for self catering - and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is a smart television and the comfortable bed is a king sized one with storage space underneath. Off road parking. It is on the edge of Mawnan Smith with a pub down the road and shops. Guests have the use of the annexe , front garden with chairs and a table and the driveway. Guests have their own door in which to get into the annexe We are here to offer any help or advice but aim to leave you to your privacy. We are adjoining fields which have a wonderful view for miles over the village and as far as Falmouth and beyond. We have parking on the drive here. Our road is flat down to the village and there are some nice flat field walks adjoining us. We are very well served with a frequent bus service going to Falmouth, Truro and Helston. There is a pub, a restaurant and a cafe within 2 minutes walk in the village plus a well stocked shop and post office. We back onto fields where there are many footpaths and very close to the southwest coastal path and beaches. Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are half a mile away and the Helford river is a 20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. Our closest beach is Maenporth which is just down the road, with a cafe and restaurant. There are also canoes and paddle boards for hire there too. Falmouth is 4 miles away and there is a bus service in the village - with regular services to Falmouth, Helston and Truro. There is a train station 3 miles away which connects to Truro.
