A cozy downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms. Has access to a hot tub with the most amazing view out on the ocean and our beautiful mountain Kirkjufell. The apartment has two bedrooms. One with queen size bed and space to put up a baby's bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed that fits three people. The kitchen and living room are one common space. In the living room there is a sofa bed that fits two people. Then there is a bathroom with a shower. Guests have the apartment to them selves. Out side there is a deck with a hot-tub that guests have shared access to. The family upstairs also uses the tub sometimes. Guests are welcome to contact us through e-mail or phone before they come and also to knock on our door after they check in. If there is anything I can help with I will do my best to be of assistance. My dogs love meeting people but we also understand that not everyone loves dogs so please let us know if you have allergies or are afraid of dogs and we´ll keep them away. Grundarfjordur is a lovely little town with all kind of nice things to do and see. For example in town there are boat trips available. There are a few nice restaurants. A swimming pool in the summer time. Also there are many beautiful places around town like Kirjufell, Kirkjufellsfoss, Grundarfoss and many others. Grundafjordur is located in Snaefellsnes. It takes about 3-4 hours to drive around Snaefellsnes and on that route you can see so many awesome things like lava, glacier, mountains, waterfalls, caves, beaches, shark museum, al kind of birds and other animals. Also especially in the wintertime we get the northern lights and sometimes whales that come in to the fjord.
